Easy walking distance, for a person with limited mobility, to transport (bus, train, taxi, rental car). Access from Narita or Haneda airports is easy by bus. Located in a multiplex which has many facilities. Staff very good.

The location was 5 minutes from the hotel. You walked out the door, turned left and were at the station in minutes. The Staff were nice and the hotel atmosphere felt way more upscale than the price would suggest.

I travel to Omiya frequently, and it was really nice to find a place where I could have a proper rest. The staff and quality of the service really live up to the standards you would expect from a hotel of its class. Location is really convenient and they even have a bakery that offers tasty pastries and cakes!

large clean room. good location. omiya has lots to see. hotel is close enough to walk to busier spots and the train station, far away enough though not to be right is the centre of it

The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I would happily stay longer on another trip. It's quite a fancy hotel, but was a reasonable price (at least when I booked it). The 12:00 checkout was particularly appreciated, as I could do some morning sightseeing before leaving.

Good location; near train station, comfortable bed and pillow, very clean, all facilities in need, great view of the city, staff was so nice and helpful.
